1Product Introduction:
The Gejin low-temperature dry distillation apparatus for coal is mainly used in coal mine laboratories, coal coking industry, and related teaching and research, quality supervision and other units to detect and analyze physical and chemical indicators such as tar yield, semi coke yield, and dry distillation moisture yield of lignite and bituminous coal.
The Gejin low-temperature dry distillation test is a comprehensive test with multiple indicators, including the determination of coking index coke type, as well as the determination of semi coke yield, tar yield, and total water yield of dry distillation products. According to GB/T1341 "Test Method for Low Temperature Dry Distillation of Coal", the basic principle of the low temperature dry distillation test for coal is to place a certain amount of coal sample in a glass dry distillation tube and send it to a pre elevation of 300℃Inside the dry distillation furnace, at a rate of 5℃/minThe heating rate is isolated from air heating, and the dry distillation temperature is 300-600℃,And hold for 15 minutes, measure the semi coke yield, tar yield, and total water yield, and compare the semi coke with the standard coke type to determine its coke type.
